What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 5 year standard parts & labor warranty that starts from the date of install.

Is the warranty transferable?

In the event that you sell your house before the warranty the new owner will have the warranty transferred to him/her.

What will void my warranty?

In the event that our system has been tampered with, altered or abused we reserve refuse you service.

Only Allure certified technicians & dealers may service your lights during the warranty period.

My warranty period expired and one of my bulbs burnt out, how much will it cost?

Not a problem, give us a call and we will be sure to update you on current pricing and rates at that time.

More than likely, if the system doesn’t show signs of abuse (EI: leaving your lights run 24/7 for 5 years straight) we will generally come and change your bulb for free, we want you to use your lights as much as possible and you to tell one more friend and we make one more sale. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

 

My module appears to be offline.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again? No, seriously… it works sometimes.

My lights won’t turn off, what do I do?

Don’t panic, unplug them or find the breaker in the electrical panel associated with the circuit the lights are connected to. File a service request and notify the office of the issue and a tech will be by soon.

Some of the lights have turned blue.

File a service request immediately and someone will reach out to you soon.

In the meantime if your lights are bothering you, go ahead and physically unplug them from the wall.

I can’t seem to log into my account.

No problem, give us a call and we will help you reset your password.

My timers aren’t working.

In the event that your timers disappearing, not turning on or acting up, you can try to delete the timer and re-add it back and if your issues persist simply call in and we can help you troubleshoot.
