Exterior Cleaning Services

Power washing can restore the outside of your property back to new. With a mix of temperatures, pressures, and detergents, there is no mess too large for the Earth Smart team. Consistent pressure washing can help you avoid replacements of siding, paint, gutters, patios and many other costly fixtures.

As part of your package we will inspect the property upon each visit to search for areas that could be cleaned with our adjustable grade power washer. A typical home cleaning includes…

Kitchens

Our kitchen cleaning starts off by cleaning of all small and major appliances. We will then load or unload the dishwasher and clean the sink, counter tops and tables. We will change any garbage if necessary. We will then assess the cupboards and clean them as necessary. We will even get the top of the cupboard which usually hasn’t been cleaned in years (we won’t judge you). Finally, we will tackle any other untidy areas as deemed necessary, and finish by cleaning the floor.

Bathrooms

To begin, we will clean your tub or shower with our Earth Smart brand environmentally friendly solutions. We will also use these products on your sink, toilet, counter tops, and mirrors. We will then empty any garbage cans and clean the floors.

Window Sills

Window sill cleaning may be included in your Window Cleaning Service Package. However, if you do not use this package, or if they require extra attention, we will be happy to take care of them.

Hallways

We will clean baseboards in hallways. Then move on to vacuuming or sweeping as required. We will then clean any fixtures and wipe down any light switches.

Bedrooms

We will begin by cleaning up any untidy areas around the bedroom. We will then move on to making the bed if required. We will remove any garbage that has been accumulated. Finally we will vacuum carpets or sweep as required.

Floors

All of your flooring will be cleaned as requested. We will either sweep, vacuum, or mop depending on need. You can be assured that the products we use will be safe for your flooring.  We will also wipe down any baseboards that have accumulated dust. We also have access to steam cleaners for those tough to clean carpets.

Other Rooms

If there are any other rooms in your home that require cleaning, our knowledgeable staff will ensure that they are cleaned to a high standard.

Window washing is usually best done in early spring and in the fall. You can custom tailor your window washing package to suit your home’s need. We are also available for one time bookings if you are considering selling your home or have a rental property.

Attempting to clean windows on your own can be a challenging task. Getting up on a ladder, purchasing the equipment, and reaching for those tough areas is no way to spend a Saturday. It sounds simple, but there is an industry specific process for cleaning windows that leaves them clean and streak free for a long time. Let the Earth Smart team take care of it for you. We have all of the proper equipment and experience to leave your windows looking amazing. You’ll be shocked at the difference that clean windows can make!

Our cleaning process!

  • Initial visual inspection for damage to screens, windows, sills, and mechanisms
  • Removal of window screens, followed by a screen wash with specialized detergent and dried with lint-free cloths
  • Windows are cleaned both internally and externally with use of the time-tested squeegee and chamois method. In the case of hard to reach windows, we have a tucker pole (extension pole) that also provides effective cleaning.
  • Next, the window sill and surrounding area is cleaned and all excess water is removed to ensure a properly cleaned window
  • The window screen is then replaced and a final quality check is performed by our service professionals

Our gutter cleaning process:

  • Upon initial home inspection, we will inspect your gutters and surrounding areas for potential problems. We will note any damage and advise on the best course of action.
  • We will always work in teams of two in order to safely climb to the heights required to clean your home. Furthermore, be assured that our specially designed ladders will not damage your gutters in any way.
  • Any debris will be removed by hand and disposed of in a proper manner. Any stuck on debris will be removed by use of our eco-friendly detergents, combined with our power washers. This will be done on the interior and exterior of the gutter.

  • Fully clean the interior and exterior of the gutter to a like-new quality.
