We offer a Lawn Smart Rejuvenation Package which can be completed year-round from April to mid September (weather contingent).

This service is applied to your entire lawn, bare patches, healthy lawn and all.

The seed we use is a combination of Kentucky Blue Grass, which is popular for new lawns, and Fescue Grass, which was popular for older lawns. Kentucky Blue Grass is popular for lawns as it is a nicer green and is found to be less susceptible to disease than some of the older grasses.

Signs that your lawn could use a rejuvenation:

Thin grass (dirt is visible between blades of grass)
Bare patches
Brown patches (not caused by pets or lack of watering)

Our Lawn Smart Rejuvenation Package includes:

Cut lawn (if required)*
Aeration
Overseeding / slit seed
Apply high nitrogen based granular fertilizer enhanced with Iron (Fe)

Price starting at $230 (plus GST) for up to 4,000 sq. ft.

DISCLAIMER: Results may vary depending on condition of soil and amount of watering received. Also size restrictions may apply depending on the area to be rejuvenated.

Lawn Care Instructions:

It is very important to do the following after your service:

Water lawn the day after service is completed
Water daily for 2 to 3 weeks until grass seed has sprouted and is growing (do not saturate lawn but give it a good water)
Do not mow lawn until 10 days to 2 weeks after service has been completed. If you mow a freshly seeded lawn, not only are you mowing, but you are power vacuuming and sucking up the seed and granular fertilizer.
Do not apply weed control to new grass until it has grown to at least 2” inches in height and has been cut at least once.
